Second time I’ve had them out, and I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced an AC company as consistently kind, honest, and more than fair priced. I’ve ran 300-room hotels where AC and PTACs were always a pain, and as a former top-producing realtor, running into AC issues on nearly every inspection report, I worked with more “honest and transparent” companies that were anything but. This is the only company who should legally be able to make those claims. Every single professional I’ve encountered, as well as the lady who called ahead to let me know they were coming (Dana maybe?), I would hug if I didn’t smell like onions from sweating so badly before they fixed us back up. These guys have only ever acted like friendly businessmen, never selling me anything, and always leaving me a candle with their logo when they leave :). It’s a nice touch to have the house smelling nice for a bit after.
