I’ve been using them for a few years. I left another company who acted like a sales team. These guys have only ever acted like friendly businessmen, never selling me anything, and always leaving me a candle with their logo when they leave :). It’s a nice touch to have the house smelling nice for a bit after. Their shoes are always covered, they are always considerate of my children’s nap times when booking bi-yearly maintenance, etc. 10/10 recommend, just bought a second house and will bring them there too!

Definitely a Company You Can Trust
Definitely a company you can trust to do it right! The maintenance plan is great value; they make valid recommendations and keep the systems operating perfectly. When one of the units went out just recently, they provided options with estimates (and a discount because of the maintenance plan) and completed replacement of the indoor unit and condenser quickly, in one day. The new unit is amazingly quiet and is using less power (we track usage with an app). The city inspector said it was a great install and was impressed with the sealing of the unit to the ducts; he passed on the first visit. I could not provide a better recommendation.
