The day of my appointment, I was reached out to by the office to let me know that the technician was on the way and how long it would take to get to my house. I had 2 technicians, John and I forgot the other tech’s name (sorry). They took care of and serviced my 4 units and informed me if they needed repair or not. Second time I’ve had them out, and I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced an AC company as consistently kind, honest, and more than fair priced. I’ve ran 300-room hotels where AC and PTACs were always a pain, and as a former top-producing realtor, running into AC issues on nearly every inspection report, I worked with more “honest and transparent” companies that were anything but. This is the only company who should legally be able to make those claims. Every single professional I’ve encountered, as well as the lady who called ahead to let me know they were coming (Dana maybe?), I would hug if I didn’t smell like onions from sweating so badly before they fixed us back up.
