The owner, Bruce Moore, was responsive and communicated well through every step of the process, from taking the call on Sunday afternoon, when the old unit went out, through the final inspection of the newly installed HVAC system. He was available, punctual, reliable, and answered all questions, explaining things in terms that were understandable. He showed concern for the situation and was very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. It was like doing business with a trusted friend. His crew was efficient, polite, hardworking, and cleaned up everything behind themselves. Even dealing with Janna, over the phone, was a pleasure. In my opinion, we hit the jackpot. They never tried to oversell us. They gave us great recommendations on equipment. The installation of our new system had a small issue that we discussed and fixed quickly. They listen and suggest, and they do what they say. They come out regularly to check on our new installation.
